Discus and support I cant message on my Xbone, i did what the website told me and still nothing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Its in the title, told me to go to support.xbox.com/fix-messaging and im not banned and my security settings are saying i should message...     Whenever I message people, it gives me an error. So I go to the xbox website for help, and after I did what it told me to do, messages still didn't send

    Im having the same problem, it wont let me send messages even though I dide everything the error message told me. I went to the support website and used my number. But it still hasnt done anything to allow me to message.

    cant message anybody through Xbox, can anybody help?

    I’ve done everything everyone has told me to do for my account. I also put my account on another xbox to see if it would change anything and nothing works. Not sure what type of glitch is going on. I can talk in party chat and team chat but still cant
    message. I tried checking my reputatiok but it keeps telling me that it cant send messages to the numbers i give.

    Just got the $75 Xbox Promotional code ad on my Xbox 360

    no message on 360. haven't checked xb1 or email yet. another thread said xbone had to be registered through a website. I thought bringing my gamertag over registered it automatically. someone also said the xb1 needs to be set as the home console. I did
    not know this. nor did I do either of these.

    Am I SOL now, even if I was eligible? Could I still get them to reward me, since other people are missing theirs?
