    Can you try
    updating your security proofs     following the steps in the link and then trying again?

    To clarify, when you looked at the link you posted, did you go through with getting the code sent to your mobile phone and updating that information? If not, you'll need to start there.

    I didn't see your second response. I had to use the app, my computer, as well as my console to finally get it working.... But I got it. Thanks for the help. :) Wish I would've seen your response sooner.

    Gotcha. What exactly happens when you try to send messages? Does it give you an error message or code? If so, providing that to us would be super helpful. Have you tried using Xbox.com or the Xbox app on either mobile phone or PC to send messages? You can
    try messaging me to test out those others if you'd like.
