    Hi there, what happens when you try to send messages? Are you seeing any particular error messages? Also, what Xbox platform(s) are you having trouble sending messages on?

    We have steps that may help if you're having trouble sending Xbox messages .

    Hey there Javelin395024,

    Sorry to hear about the issue sending messages on the console. Let's have you try to

    Power Cycle     the console by holding the power button on the front of the console for 5 seconds or until the console powers off. Give it a minute and then turn the console back on again and test to see if it works. If not, you'll want to try to remove
    your profile from the console with
    these steps    . Then sign into your profile to see if it helps.
