    I can't manage my cloud saves?


    I noticed the thread that explains how to manage your cloud saves, but I've run into a problem. When I go into the managed save data for the game I want, I click on my gamer tag and delete the data. Only it does not prompt me with how I want to delete
    the data, and it automatically deletes it internally. I want to delete the cloud data so I can restart my save completely. Everywhere I seem to look in the settings, it doesn't ever seem to give me an option to manage my cloud data at all. Does anyone know
    how I can manage my cloud data? Also, I don't know if this is important but the game is Assassin's Creed Unity.

    Hello IQ Artz,

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with deleting cloud saved data for your game. To delete your cloud saved data, please follow the following steps:

    1. On Home, selectMy games & apps.
    2. Highlight the game, press theMenubuttonon your controller, and then selectManage game & add-ons.
    3. In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down toSaved data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press theAbuttonon your controller.
    4. You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
      • Delete from consoleremoves the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.
      • Delete everywhereremoves your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.
      • Cancel leaves your data intact.

    Xbox one X constantly asking me to clear local saved games

    Even though the console shows 25% used, the partition for savegames is not shown, and is not accessible by the user.

    Usually, the console manages these saves, and uploads saves to the Xbox Live Cloud removing saves of games you haven't .

    If you play with the console often without internet connection, it can't upload the saves to the cloud, and eventually gets low on local storage in the savegame partition, as it can't offload the older saves to the cloud.

    Ok, I understand.

    That depends on whether the console has already synchronized the deleted game to the cloud.

    If the console hasn't deleted the game save from the cloud yet, the game sync with the save file in the cloud automatically. When you start the game, it'll download the save from the cloud.

    If the game save however is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.

    If you went to Menu > Manage Games > Saves > Delete Save Data > “Delete Everywhere“, it's deleted from the cloud and can't be recovered.
