Discus and support I can't make my account as home in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was do the make my home Xbox I press it.     I can't make my account as home


    I was do the make my home Xbox I press it. It say can't make this your home Xbox

    And I didn't give the account to any one

    Do you have fix for that please I have money on it and I have gold one year on it

    I need this account because

    I have two accounts I use one for play games and the another one I use it for buy games and gold the second one I can't do it as my home if you can help me to solve this problem

    I can't make the account my home xbox

    Hello i need support, because i can't make my account my home xbox. It says i can do it only 3 times in a year and 1 console at the time. I'm sure it's been more then a year so i don't know where to check it or what to do.

    If you guys know the answer please help me.

    If you've switched your home Xbox 3 times there's probably nothing you can do. If you haven't, you could try calling MS and asking one of the well informed support people. (who may just ask you to post here)

    Hmm.. That could be the case, though, my Home Xbox was set to that account previously, but out of nowhere my Home Xbox for that account just stopped working. I only noticed this because my DLC stopped working for my games. I know for a fact that I did not
    switch it afterwards. At one point, the account was set to my home Xbox, the next day, it wasn't.

    Also,how do I prevent him from using my Microsoft account on xbox.com aswell as on my Xbox One because he added himself to my Microsoft family thingy on xbox.com and can change the password on xbox.com.
