    I can't make lfg posts on my other accounts


    Hi,

    It's been a week now that I can't make LFG posts on my other accounts (but it works on my main one), every time I try to it says "There was a problem posting your Looking For A Group". I tried pretty much everything I could to fix it, such as leaving the
    Xbox Insider program, hard resetting physically and virtually the console, disconnecting from every profiles... I even tried to create another account, I was still getting the same error on it. I made sure that my console was set as my main Xbox (so my live
    subscription would be shared between accounts) in the settings, tried to unselect it and select it again, didn't worked either... How could I fix it? I'd like to play on second accounts so I wouldn't be bothered by stats.

    Also I can still play online games with the other accounts, so I doubt it's related to the Xbox Live subscription not sharing. I'm also not banned from communications / have never received any kind of punishments.

    Thanks for the answer. I tried both of the methods, it didn't worked still

    Little edit: I tried to create LFG posts on my computer with Xbox Console Companion using the account that seem to not work, and well, I'm getting the "Something went wrong" error.

    Hi John,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    By disconnecting the profiles are you referring to removing them and re-adding them to the Xbox or simply signing out of the other accounts? If you haven't removed them and re-added them yet, I recommend trying that first on the accounts that can't create
    a LFG post. Just open up your Account settings and select Remove accounts. Then, open up the Xbox guide and select Add new under the Sign in tab.

    If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a soft factory reset.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.

    Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your
    network during the reset.

    Hi John,

    Thank you for the update. If the account having issues cannot make a LFG post on the Xbox and the Console Companion app then there may be some permission issues in the account's privacy settings. Sign in to the account on the console and go to Account settings.
    Select privacy and online safety, then Xbox Live privacy. Is it set to Adult defaults? If it already is, toggle the option by switching to something else, restart the console, and then set the privacy settings back to Adult defaults.

    If that does not help, then I recommend contacting customer support to review those accounts with you and report the issue because it should be working on those accounts, at least on the console. I just tested making a LFG post on an account that does not
    own Gold but is being shared Gold from the Home Console feature. So I don't believe it's related to not owning Gold on the accounts having issues. Here is the best way to request a callback from support:

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

    I received a ban for "Diamond casino heist after preps 20% cut" on a LFG post that was three months ago which is in no way offensive or rude, and I can't appeal this in any way :(

    Well it s not offensive but you are forgetting LFG is only for LFG

    NOT anything else you can't post anything other then the group and classes you are looking for
