    Change payment method

    My credit card has to be changed, because i noticed that my last payment was suspended by a changed credit card. Now I want to change my payment method, but I keep getting errors. Also, I can't enter a Xbox Live code for a month of Xbox Live Gold. Just annoying
    errors without any explanation on what to do.

    Going to my Microsoft account and changing the method doesn't work either. I also can't remove my current credit card, and when I want to change my CC, it keeps saying my CC is already added. But it isn't.

    Yes, MS can credit money, You need a valid reason.

    Buying the wrong card is NOT a valid reason. No need for a change IMO.

    I had the same error everyone is speaking about. My gf asked if it mattered if I was using a DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD......and she so happen to be right. I went on the computer and changed my card...and wowla.. 8)-~

    You wont get a straight suggestion because Microsoft does not have a fix for the solution I just bought a gold card at a store. I was able to add the credit card to my account this month so I figure when changing cards because of a new credit card you may
