To the Microsoft devs! YOU SHOULD STOP SELLING your console in Romania if you dont start giving us the same rights as the others.

I cant make an Xbox Live account, because the country isnt in the meniu and it isnt supported. You should make something like Other Regions so we can make the damn account. I have it for 2 weeks and i cant download any damn games, because i have the Xbox

You can use the console with other region.

In Russia XBL have been started only on 2011, but we was plaing with US accounts

You can try to set up an xbox live account in a different country but keep in mind that you won't be able to use payment methods from your own country when buying games/subscriptions.

Great info! but the original concern was with not even being able to make an xbox live account so I dont believe they will have purchased anything on the store yet, however it is worth a read for others thinking of doing the switch

Unfortunately, there is no way to set up an account in a different country. You would need an address for startes, also you would not be able to make any store purchases. You don't say where you bought the console from. Technically speaking you could buy
from Amazon, from any country.

You would need to get your politicians to look at why Xbox does not have a Live service in uour country. It is they that normally stipulate the rules governing business.
