I can't make a screenshot

I know how make a screenshot but the option is not available on my xbox one ( even before the windows 10 update )

What can I do ?

i can't join to a xbox live party and i can't make clips and screenshots either

Hello if you have kinect connected then you can use the voice command "xbox take a screenshot" other than that if you very quickly double tap the xbox button on the controller you will bring up the guide overlay (if you don't do this fast enough you will
drop back to the dashboard) then there will be the option to press the Y button to take the screenshot and press X to record the last 30 seconds of game play.

So that we can best help out, can you please clarify what happens when you try to create or remove a screenshot? Have you tried a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then try again? If not, please make sure to give that a
quick try and let us know how it goes.
