I cant long into my profile/apps

I can't long into my profile, but I can long into my friend's on the same xbox, and none of my apps will open on either profile

Account hacked, changed password, no MP

I menage to reset password and log into my profile.

Becouse I forgot my security answer (lol) xbox stuff cant get access to profile.

Windows Live ID have some malfunction latety and I cant create new secutity question

Im wonder how long takes "unauthorized access" case?

Am I be able to play online? Or offline?

Hey there RedFlame, I suggest going and clearing system cache and trying to recover your account. If that doesn't work I strongly suggest calling xbox support.

 

Sounds like your profile is corrupted....the best way to get a "fresh" one is to go into settings , accounts and remove it , then shut down the Xbox by holding the power button on the console for 8 seconds....while it is off , I always reset the modem and
router also .. then , when everything is back up , re add your profile.....make SURE you have the email and passworder for your profile before you do this..
