I can't login xbox live account in minecraft

I have had this problem for a long time, I can't take it anymore. I can't connect my xbox live account on Minecraft PE (android) Every time I try to get the error on the xbox, and then an error box appears:

"There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the Marketplace until we have resolved the issue. Error number: -9."

Please, I already consulted the proposed site and it came to nothing, I looked for support by Minecraft.net and so far they have not answered me. I've reinstalled it 8 times. I don't know what to do anymore,
please help me.

But I paid for it, it was working perfectly months ago. Minecraft is cataloged in my PlayStore library.

If you're having problems signing into your account, select “Can't access
your account?” from the login screen.

Search the '' Xbox Identity Provider '' application in the Microsoft Store;

• Verify that the app is installed and up-to-date;

• If persist in making the app error, create a new on computer user account.

• Download Minecraft

• Sign in to app Xbox with the account you used to purchase Minecraft

• Log in to Minecraft and access Xbox Live through the game.

• Sign out of your new account, sign in to your account and sign in and play on Xbox Live.

I lost the account it has been hacked and i can't login with my own email. I have the transaction email from minecraft in my mail but i can't login on that account anymore
