I can't login with my email due to it being deactivated.

According to Mojang:

If you have lost access to your Mojang account email address, we recommend contacting your email provider to regain access to the email account. This way, you can edit any settings associated with your Mojang account (including the Mojang account email address).

I don't quite understand what you mean due to them being linked to the same microsoft account they have the same email and I can't login to the original, I did chose the forgot password option on the xbox page and I still can't login to the original account() and am only being logged into the newer one(BubbaDaPunk) though I may have not followed your instructions correctly since I didn't get any questions just what my email connected to my microsoft is and it sent a code there. I also believe since they are connected to the same microsoft account they have the same password.

... I can get in on my console, but only with four remaining pre-verification email logins. I can't get in on the computer because I can't remember the password (heroic, I know), I can't get a reset email, likely because I'm not verified, and I can't get
verified because I can't login.

I read there were problems on their end with not being sent a reset email, and I hope that's the case rather than it being that I'm not verified. Means I'd be able to get a reset email sent.

I have the same issue. I had to create a new login to post this, since there is no number to call.

Out of no where XBOX Live required an email sign in. It is my old college email. I have been out for 6 years, and they don't keep a record, and have deactivated it.

When I tried the form a few times, an automated email told me I have to contact the school to get in, but they've already deactivated it.

I just want to talk to an actual representative to get this squared away; anyone know how to do that?

This is the account I want deactivated but will I be able to recreate a new one from scratch under this email if I deactivate it?

For example if I deactivate it will I be allowed to create a brand new one after on the same email with the ability to change the name to something better? Also losing all my achievements whoever used my email got?
