I can't login with my account in the xbox app

Every time I open XBOX, 0x409 error appears, I can log into Windows Store normally. I bought Forza Horizon 3 and because this problem I can't play.

Cant login in windows 10 xbox app

Hi,

I can't login in my xbox app (installed from the store) due to some parental restrictions. Unfortunately I can't access the email used for this parental restrictions. Is it possible to unlocl my account so I can use your xbox app ?

Change/delete Twitch account

Ps.: i already deletet the app and data on all devices.... why can't I delete that *********** twitch account/login from my Xbox one

Hi,

To resolve your concern, you can follow the suggested solutions below:

Method 1. Restart the running apps on your computer.

1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.

2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.

3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.

4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

Method 2. Reset Windows Store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 

2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin). 

3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 

4. Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store. 

5. Update the Xbox App in the Windows Store.  

6. If there is no option for you to update it, uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Let us know how it goes.

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

What exactly should I do with the Microsoft Account Site? I've browsed around, and was able to sign in there just fine. But I still can't login to the Xbox App on my PC.

Like Microsoft or Xbox live?

I can login on the Microsoft site, I can login on Xbox live services like on the Xbox itself or the Xbox app,

I just can't seem to login to the site, Or atleast when I've logged in the login button becomes solid, and when i try to go to my account, I directly get prompted to a Childs privacy site from Microsoft.

So i can't seem to do anything on the site, and Year in Review doesn't work.
