I can’t login when I’m making purchases

I’m facing the same issue, and I followed the steps mentioned, even was able to create another account, but can’t proceed with the login of

my actual account. How to proceed? I don’t want to lose all my purchased games.

In my case, I was able to login into the xbox app, but the console isn’t listed there anymore, and I’m also unable to finish the setup via app as well...

It says I can’t purchase it. I wonder could be because I’m using an Xbox series s?
