I can't login to my Xbox account

I have the same problem. I can't login to my account on my or my husbands Xbox getting the same error code. He can login to his account with no problems.

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

This still doesn't help me. I can't get into anything online on any Xbox. The store just asks to reload. I can't view my account profile, I can't login to Fortnite, I can't login to call of duty.

sorry but i dont know how to remove my account whithout lost my data can you help me ?

Yes I do see that it requires to delete all data to do that, I apologize.

If you've tried everything on this thread and nothing works, please try downloading the Xbox (BETA) app on the store to see if that works and if still not, please turn off your antivirus software to see if that's interfering and finally, you may need to
reformat your PC and you may need to backup your data to an external hard drive if your profile is corrupted or if your windows installation is corrupted. I would suggest the "reset this pc" option keeping data (although this will uninstall all non windows
programs but it will keep your files, but still back them up just in case).

i d'ont know if is has a link but when i start my pc he has a error message say sorry but we cant login in your outlook account

You may need to remove your Microsoft account from your computer and readd it.

Or go to Settings > Accounts > and see if there's something about verifying the account.

This also could be a network problem if a redownload doesn't work.
