I can't login to my microsoft account on xbox windows 10

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

but in some other purchase they mention login to xbox account, in this they mention installing in window 10 pc and login with a Microsoft account

I have a xbox account with lot of content already and I have a Microsoft Windows Account with content.

What should I do now with my xbox and my windows 10 devices ?

I have Groove on Windows 10 but I cannot use it on my xbox because I have a different account there and there is no way of a different login.

I can't reply on my other account but it's on the microsoft store and on Xbox. Windows 10 is bedrock.
