i cant login to my microsoft account because i need 2 emails that i have never seen before...

thank you that you could reply but another slight little problem it says that my account doesnt exist and i made sure its not an alias what it could possible could be but i dont know ill try to fix it thanks microsoft for helping

But if you can't see it still, according to Xbox support:

"If you’re certain you shouldn’t have Xbox subscription charges, contact your financial institution so that they can help with a possible fraudulent transaction."

But yeah i got this message whenever i log in to my hotmail (live account):

Call us overprotective", .but we need to make sure you can receive a security code if you ever lose access to this account.

Send Security code to this email: .........

at the ...... it says the 2 first letters of my somehow primary email adress but i dont know what email that is??? never heard of it cant remember?? so i can never login to that email to check the security code..

I also cant choose to let hotmail send it to a mobile number or other email ........

Pretty much stuck here..

the thing is i cant add any alternate emails because i cant login... i have to verify it is me from what is on the account now
