I can’t login to my microsft account

Hi i’ve been trying to contact microsoft personnel for months and apparently this is the only way i can. Every other option has been with security codes and personal information of an email i made years ago. I lost access to my microsft and now my xbox account. I need help with a real agent to get back my account with a forgotten password and need to change back all of the old info like (old phone #s and alternate email accounts) Because they were deleted a long time ago
