I can't login to minecraft laucher with my microsoft account

I see! Try this steps. If you have any other Laucher on your computer other than the one found on Mojang's official website you must first do the following:

1 - Delete the Lauchers that exist on your computer that are not official Mojang;

2 - Restart your computer;

3 - Download the original software again and install:

https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

If you don't have another Laucher on your computer or have already deleted:

1 - Open Minecraft Laucher;

2 - If you are already logged in, click on your image and Gamertag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout";

3 - If you are already logged out or not logged in to your account, delete all accounts registered in Laucher by clicking on the "X" next to each account;

4 - In Minecraft Laucher, enter the email and password of your Microsoft account!

First, please check your credentials making sure we have an access to the right account that holds the license of the game you purchase with Minecraft. Please sign in here : Login | Minecraft. You may select the SIGN IN WITH

Microsoft. In any case, you still have the Mojang account check the steps here in migrating the account to Microsoft - How to Migrate Your Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account – Home.

Second, install the updated version of Minecraft launcher and sign into the Minecraft with the same credentials. If the first try is a fail. Please consider updating your PC and disabling antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer installed to your PC and try again.
