We understand you are having issues with logging into Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This issue may be caused by a glitch in the account synchronization process. Let's work on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

To fix this, please try the following steps:

1. Sign out and sign in again: Open the Microsoft Store, click on your profile picture on the top right, sign out, and then sign in again.

2. Reset the app: Go to Windows Key+i > Apps > Scroll down to Minecraft > Click Minecraft > Advanced options > Reset.

3. Reset Microsoft Store through Command Prompt: Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer.

4. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter.

5. Clear Account Sign in Data: Restart the game and navigate to the game settings. Now select the Profile option and choose Clear Account Sign in Data.

6. Reinstall the game: If none of the above steps work, you might want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet. Just downloaded minecraft for my sister and created a microsoft account for her. The app keeps crashing. It can’t login to her account and crashes during log in. When I skip login it crashes in settings.

I can’t believe the state this app is in... I don’t remember Minecraft being this unstable before it was under microsoft. There are reports from october and here I am months later still having the same problem...

Latest ios version, latest minecraft version. The game is unplayable. Can’t believe you are asking money for this...

Game only works with wifi turned off.
