I can’t login to gta5 online it says server not available

I will load red dead that’s also rockstar just to give you some background on my problem everything was working then I didn’t play for two days and went to use it Xbox loaded fine and then it goes to gta5

Quick resume stop’s and the message says server is unavailable try back later well later is over two days ago I have checked NAT and it’s open I checked game play said it was fine did the router and modem reset replaced the router with another then fired up my old Xbox with a gta5 game only to get to the same point server not responding. So that’s 2 different consoles 2 different routers same problem I was on the phone with I SP they said my internet was working fine and of course the more you f with the more you have to fix at this point I have 100 percent packet loss so I will do a reset stay tuned

I have checked and there seems to be no issue with the game. Would it be okay if you try using a different network connection and test the game?

If you can also try to play a different online game that would be great for us to check if it's an issue with the game, the console, or your network connection.

I finally got everything done and I have result that servers is connected, but I faced another challenge, on the network settings in Xbox app says that server is connected to internet but in the game I’m still can’t play online it says :unable to connect to the live configuration servers: any suggestions to this one?

Whenever I try my hotspot on my phone it doesn’t let me play online and it says I can’t connect to the servers. I think I just have really bad internet

I can’t even login online as I don’t know the password but can’t even reset it as don’t have the gmail account anymore so it’s a long day for me unless there’s any other options lol?
