If you’re not signed in, select Add new. If you’re signed in, press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select Profile & system > Add or switch > Add new. Enter the email address of your Microsoft account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Lol think about my luck i just got an xbox and cant create or login to my old 360 username to login shouldve stayed with sony i guess

how I can lunch the game a login with this account , you mean create a battlenet account with this account and login with it , or what.

I saw in my family account that my sons Alfreds email suddenly has another strange email, it has been hacked.

So now when he tries to create a new pin we cant change account and login to ours. Can you somehow solve this?

We cant change from the strange email we dont recognize. He cant login into his computer anymore.
