I can't login my microsoft account

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

I do have a Microsoft account, read my post please. I can't login using the microsoft account because it redirects me to a non-functional website.

It appears that you cannot sign in your Microsoft account in Xbox app due to the application not responding. Let us check on what is causing the issue and make sure that you can sign in your account so that you can start on gaming.

Before we proceed any further, we would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. How are you connected with the internet? Are you connected with your home connection or connected to VPN or company network?
   
2. Are you using third party antivirus?
   
3. Are you able to sign in your account in Xbox.com online?
   
4. Are you using a personal computer or company or school provided device?
   

For the meantime, we will perform troubleshooting steps to make sure you have the most updated Windows and related application.

1. Make sure your Windows is up to date.

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
  
• On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available including optional updates for your device.
  
• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  

2. Make sure both the Xbox and Gaming Services apps are up to date

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
  
• Select Library.
  
• Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
  

3. Make sure to sign in the same Xbox account in Microsoft Store.

4. Reset Microsoft Store.

• Press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe then hit enter.
  
• An empty Command prompt will pop open. Let it be for a few seconds and the command line will close automatically (after it has cleared the cache behind the background) and Microsoft Store will be launched in its place.
  

5 Reset Xbox app and Gaming services.

• Press Win + I to open the Settings app, and click on Apps.
  
• Click on Apps & features, and in the search box type Gaming services and click on app settings (three dots).
  
• Click on Reset. Repeat the steps and do the same with Xbox app.

Kindly repair the Minecraft launcher by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search "Minecraft Launcher" > Advanced Options > Repair.
