I can't login into Xbox Live on Minecraft Bedrock Edition

It has been like this for months now and I can't get proper support from Xbox. I play on PC. I always get the message, that I can't login at the moment and that I should try later. I can login anywhere else fine. Can somebody help me?

YES I JUST BOUGHT.

YES. WINDOW IS 10

YES I AM USING SAME ACCOUNT THAT I BOUGHT BUT I CANNOT PLAY BEDROCK EDITION. ON THE BUNDLE TITLE IT SAY MINECRAFT: JAVA AND BEDROCK EDITION BUT WHEN I LOGIN INTO MY MINECRAFT LANCHER I DIDNT SEE BEDROCK EDITION

Do I delete the LocalState folder?

I installed it through the Microsoft Store. I am logged in and it works fine on the store.

About your issue, is this for PC or console?

It finally worked. I had to delete XblGrts|DeviceKey in credential manager and restart my PC. Thank you very much Emmanuel Samanta for your help and time.
