I can’t login into my profile on my Xbox or Xbox.com

It looks like a network problem. Can you try to do a Network Reset on your Xbox and your router simultaneously?

Press the Xbox button
Move right to the System Tab
Scroll down and select Settings
Scroll down to Network
Select Network Settings
Scroll down and select Advanced Settings
Scroll down and select Alternate MAC Address
Select the Clear button
Select the Restart button

While it's restarting, remove the power cable from your router, wait 30 seconds and plug it in again.

If this network reset doesn't help you, please let me know and I'll proceed with other solutions.

Something tells me I will have to delete and download.

Have you tried checking the settings for your account on your Xbox?

Go to: System>Account>Windows Live ID.

Check to see if these settings are the same as your Live ID and re-enter your password there, and see if that helps at all to sync your account up.

If that doesn't work, then your only option is to delete your profile and re download, and a result of that will unfortunately mean that any achievements that you have earned offline will be lost.

Please try this and tell me if it improves.

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

I've trying to signing into xbox.com and click on My avatar to go on my profile -> manage profile

At this time, they told me to accept the new TOS again. I accept but I must login with a parental account again.
