I can't login despite me entering my password correctly

So I've changed my password in order to try and login to my account. While I can do for the websites and Skype, I can't access my account. I'm entering in the password correctly and I have changed it multiple times. Despite this, I still can't get into my
account, ''. What is going on?

Can't seem to login on my xbox.

For some reason I can't seem to login onto my xbox anymore. In the morning it was all fine, then I took a break and wanted to continu my games but I can't seem to login anymore. He keeps kicking me offline and asks for my password, what I correctly enter
every time.

I also tried to login my mail on my laptop on wich he tells me my mailing adres is invalid.

Can anyone help me out on this?

 

Microsoft Password

When I attempt to login to my Xbox One account, after entering the numeric passcode, I prompts me to enter my Microsoft account password. I have tried numerous times on entering it without success. The prompt reappears right after I enter the password. I
have no clue on what to do and I don't want to reset my password.

What should I do?

Hi Azelf101,

Which account are you not able to access? Your account on your Xbox console? Did you enable 2 steps verification by any chance?

 

Yes. It is my account on my Xbox 360, but I don't know what the 2 step verification is. All it keeps telling me is that I'm entering in my password wrong (despite it being correct) and it just tells me to reset my password.

to check if two step verification is turned on please use this link:
account.live.com/.../Manage

If it's on, then you will need to set up a app password like mentioned here:
support.xbox.com/.../no-prompt-security-code and use that app password in stead of your password on the 360.

If you didn't set up two step verification and it still isn't accepting your password, then please try changing your password to a shorter password, shorter then 12 characters if it's currently longer. To see if that works.
