    So I had an original account that had all my games on it (digitally). When I tried to log onto it at my friend's houses it wouldn't work. It would create another account. Even though I was using the same email. i didn't worry about this too much since I
    never got signed out of my at home Xbox, however i sold my xbox 1 about 6 months back and recently purchased an Xbox one S. I find myself having the same issue. Help? Anyone know how to fix this?

    I am trying to log in to my account. But then I have to type in the code for my microsoft account so I do that, and I know I am typing the right code beacuse I log in to it on my computer and on my computer the code works but on the xbox it dose not work.
    Someone plz help me I can't log in to my own account and it makes me really sad beacuse I have spent money on this one.

    It appears that you are currently logged in. In the top right hand corner, there is a profile picture. If that is a shared device, check that you’re logged out first, then try again. If that does not work, try clearing your browser cookies.

    If none of these work, try this website:

    It is a Skype issue, but it is relevant since it is a Microsoft account in question. I hope This helps.

    Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

    If you did not have 2FA active on the account, you will need to try the Account Recovery Form again: [https://account.live.com/acsr]

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.
