    I can't log into the Xbox app on my PC with my primary Microsoft account.


    Whenever I try to log into the Microsoft Store app or Xbox app with my primary account, it says I need the internet for that after I enter my PW. Yet if I log in with a temporary account, I have no problems. I can log into my Microsoft account on their main sight through my web browser no problem. I have tried a various of fixes involving resetting my DNS and such with no luck

    Hi, Jesse. I can't remove that account as it is the primary user account on my PC. I have logged into a "Local Account" to try and fix the problem, but it has persisted. The Xbox Console Companion app is currently logged into the account that I purchased Minecraft on in 2019 so that is not the problem. I am also logged into the account that I purchased Minecraft with on the Microsoft store.

    I have been able to log into all of the apps from my OC under a different account I created to test it. I have attempted to log in with two separate wireless networks.

    I ran netsh winhttp reset proxy at the command prompt
    I ran Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} in Powershell

    I've run the Windows App Troubleshooter

    I believe I've attempted one other option, although I don't recall exactly the steps I took.

    Could you tell me what fixes have you tried, this in order to not repeat steps

    Also if you have tried a different network

    And screenshots of the error message, just to fully understand the situation

    Hi Ricardo, I can log into the Xbox.com website with my primary account just fine. The Microsoft website as well. I am unable to connect with the Microsoft Store app with my primary account, or the chat assist app.
