I can't log into my xbox live service.

I recently bought a 1 year xbox live service card. I tried to use it on my console and it wouldn't accept it for some reason. I logged inot my microsoft account and entered it with no trouble at all. The problem is on my account the name says
from an alternate email I used a long time ago. The name on my xbox when I turn it on is my current account name HoozYurDaddy is there any way I can have this subscription changed to my account from my old one? The old account email is [Mod Removed]
but Ive tried several times to use this address but no longer have access to it. the current email addreess I use is
[Mod Removed]. In the upper right of my xbox main screen both names switch back and forth showing Hoozyurdaddy my gamerscore then
[Mod Removed]. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first time buying a live membership. Thanks in advance.

xbox live sign-in

hi!

i know that there are several services down and thats the reason why i can't log into my account and so on..

but it's kinda useless to write that f.i. the service "NHL Gamecenter" is available when it's required to log into xbox live in order to use it..

just my 2 cents

I can't log into my live account

when I log into my Xbox live account a pop up appears stating "Your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

On a PC or mobile device, go to Sign in to your Microsoft account and fix how you pay for your membership". I'm little concerned about this situation because I don't know if I'll be able to log back into live from my account, someone please give me some
answers.

If you've redeemed the code on the wrong account you will need to contact Customer Support to see if they can cancel it on the wrong account and issue you a code to redeem on the correct account.

Yes this is certainly only a problem Xbox customer Support can fix.

Xbox live is a joke. It is supposed to be the all in one entertainment box, but half the time i can't even log in and my internet is not the problem. The xbox and its live service are a huge p.o.s.

My Live has also not been working. It's not a problem with an ISP. I have stellar internet service and I can't stay logged in to xbox live for more than a minute or two.

Why am I unable to play off-line on XBOX One? Since I can't log in to XBOX live I should have the option to play off-line until the service is up and when I log in they can update my profile to the sever.

I'm having the same problem! My friend is logged into Xbox live and playing Black Ops 2 just fine, but I can't log into Xbox live and I get the same service alert when I check my connection. Also on my windows phone I can see my messages but I'm not sure
if they are updating anymore. If I go to the profile of my friend it also says he isn't my friend anymore, what's happening? Is this all part of the service alert?
