    Hi Guys, I need help with this issue

    I recently bought and downloaded ARK: Survival Evolved on my Xbox One S, (on my parent account because my child account didn't work) and now I can't log into that parent's account. When I click on the parent account to log in, the screen goes dark as if
    its logging in, but then goes back into the "who do you want to log in as?" page.

    Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Hello. So, I have two accounts on one email. One is my parent's, used when I was little because it was required. Then, my real gt. When I log in i can only log in as my moms required account. how do I log into the other account?

    On a pc or mobile device, go to https//account.microsoft.com/paynow and fix how you pay for your membership.) I can't remember my password to log in to another device as I can't remember my password or the password to the email I created my account with,
    all the helplines are closed. Can anyone help?

    How do I add a Child to my Xbox Live Account?

    I was about to do this, but have a question. At the permission screen, it asks for parent email at the bottom. Then, it goes to a log in for the parent account. Once the parent signs in, it shows the previous "parent email" as what the sign in will be. Is
    this the email log in the child will be using to sign in to Live? Should it be the same as my existing Xbox Live email log in or must it be different? Can't it just be their email for the sign in? My other concern is it messing up my almost 10 year old Xbox
    Live account by doing this incorrectly and the process for this is not very detailed.

    Kids basically can't sign in to Xbox Live. Needs a parent account to accept new terms, which you have to do at Xbox.com, however, you can't do it there either. Log in with child's account, says you need to make it into a Microsoft Account, which only the
    parent can authorise, so it then asks for the parents details, log in as parent, click to accept new terms, it then tells you that either your full name or date of birth are not complete on your profile. It's not clear whether it means the parents or the childs
    account, but this is somewhat irrelevant as the details are present and correct on my account (the parent one), and there is no way of logging into the child account to check there.

    Stupid.

    Chatting online with Microsoft will not help, they will get you to delete your profile and have you clear the system cache, and then basically tell you, you'll have to wait until it's fixed. The person I chatted to, took my email address and contact no.
    and said someone would be in touch, but I'm not holding my breath.
