i can't log into my old xbox account, that has the same email as my current profile

So, last year I had no internet in my house and had my old profile on it with no xbox live, that i had been using for 6 years using only single player games, i wanted to download something into that profile, so I bought my xbox to my friend's house where
he hooked up that old profile to xbox live, and simply downloaded it into my xbox, and i was able to return home and use that download without internet. I could sign into that profile for all that time with no internet and used it gladly. Now back in the beginning
of the year i had internet installed into my house and quickly wanted to hook that profile up with xbox live, but then i had an error with that account where i tried everything and kept trying to access my email to try and find my password, but nothing happened.
I tried removing the profile from my xbox and redownloading it, without removing any game memory from my xbox of that profile and I simply couldn't download it and made this profile instead, without realizing that i had used the same email for this profile
as my old profile and barely played on it until now. Now, I have been playing more on my xbox, but want to try and recover that account again with more steps this time as i had just realized that i had missed many steps and now i have 2 xbox profiles on the
same email, this one and my old one, i had changed the password for my microsoft account and now only seem to have access to this profile and can't access my old account ,Evil Bro777 that still does exist as i sent a friend request to it through this account,
so i believe i have to remove this profile from this microsoft account into a fake or alt account so i can remove it. I tried this to move this profile into a microsoft account I had made for this reason only, but it in the menu for changing the profile into
another account it, I am at the menu right before changing the account and i select "Yes, Change" , after that a message comes up that says "Sorry we can't change you Microsoft account right now.", i looked up this error message and I have come to the conclusion
that since i had just changed my password, i must wait 30 days to move this profile over to another Microsoft account and then access my old profile using the same password after this account is changed, Am I correct?

Auto Renewal

Hey. I currently have an auto-renewal on which i can't seen to stop as when i click to turn it off it asks me to put my to get a number code off my old email address. When I retrieve this code and type it in it logs me into my old xbox account which was
previously under that email address. This then stops me from cancelling my current auto renewal as i'm on my old account and when I log back into my current account the process just repeats itself. Can anyone help me turn off the auto renewal off my current
account?

 

Can't log into old gamer profile

Hello,

Recently I have dusted off the old xbox 360 and am trying to log into my old gamer profile.

When doing so, I'd try to log into my old Hotmail account that I deactived more than 7 years ago because that was the account that my gamertag was associated with. When entering the email, it would not even let me enter a password. When trying to log in
with my newer, more frequently used email account(gmail), I would only log in to find that I have a premade gamer profile. I did not link the two emails together, I guess. I tried talking to a representative earlier, and it sounds like there is no way to get
my old gamer profile back. Though, I am asking the community because I really wasn't given a definitive answer to my problem.

I tried even creating the same old email address to try and acquire my old gamer profile, which did not help at all.

I know my old gamer tag, the old email address it is linked to as well.(seeing as I created it once again).

Has anyone ever had a problem like this?Is there anyone that can help?

All I want is my old gamertag and gamer score. I'd rather not have all those years of supporting xbox disappear, along with the achievements and games I've acquired along the way.

 

If you have a solution, please let me know! Microsoft is not serious. No support there.
