I cant log into my Minecraft psn with MC

Hi,

I tried several times to explain the problem with my account MC with psn, because when i try to log with MC allways told me thats all already connect the account.

But is false, because i dont have any more ps4 o MC account.

I send mails to psn Minecraft microsoft and all told me that the problem is not from they…

I try all the trick from youtube, clean data minecraft, reinstall Minecraft, delete all ps4…

And it’s impossible, including create a new microsoft account and link with minecraft ps4. And nothing work.

It’s a freak…

In one off the most mails, Minecraft told me that microsoft can disconect yout account but you need de Real Id Name from minecraft, and microsoft dont want tell me the real id name…

I hate the day that microsoft take minecraft, and ruined all other plataforms, logic, inclusive psn, they dont want enemies…

What can I advise you is create a Microsoft account again, a PSN account again and link both accounts, and only use that new PSN account to play Minecraft mate

That’s the first time that I heard about this unique ID.

But it seems is not possible unlink a Microsoft account from a PSN account:

“Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.”

No the gametarg is the name of your character, de id name is unique code that put microsoft on minecraft.

And with this id i can unlink any account.

They are referring to gamertag? Do you know?

I could assist you with some stuffs, but not everything because the best option for fix that issue is contact Mojang support (due to can be that issue is more related with the platform itself than Microsoft account)
