At moment. On console nintendo I’m logging with Nintendo acc. In Minecraft I’m logging with Microsoft acc and Minecraft acc.

Where else I should link these accounts?

hello, i didn„t formulate the question that well at that time. So in short my microsoft account got deleted( idk how) and all my things got deleted or i don„t have acces. And i made a brand new microsoft account using the same email and it worked. but i don„t have acces to any of my bought games(minecraft, minecraft dungeons etc) and my minecraft account used the old microsoft account and because of that even if i have the same email as the old account, i don„t have acces to log into my mincraft account . And i wonder how to get my minecraft account back

Its quite a tricky situation, because i lost my microsoft account access because of it, but also i cannot play Minecraft since i cant log in, its a situation both involving Microsoft and Xbox.

I spent £25 on minecraft and i cant get the money gack and i cant get back on my micrasoft acc im legit crying pls help!!!!

Are you able to see Minecraft in your purchase history, do the following.

Profile Picture>Microsoft account>More Info>Billing>Purchase history

If your order for Minecraft appears, check it’s status to see if it was completed. If it wasn’t completed, there could be several reasons.

1: The payment method was invalid

2. The payment method was valid, and there was an error on microsoft’s end.

3: Most Purchases can take up to 24 hours to register. Please Wait 24 hours and see if minecraft is working.

Make sure you are logged into the correct account, and check again if you are able to log into minecraft. If not, contact microsoft support for more assisstance. For your convience, i will include the link for you. I hope this helps!
