Playing FIFA 18 on 2 different Xboxes.

I put the FIFA 18 icon edition code to download the game into my son's Xbox. It worked. He then logged onto my Xbox and downloaded it and it worked. My other son opened his profile on my Xbox and he could play FIFA 18. When he logs onto the Xbox that the
game code was inputted into, he can't play FIFA 18. Please could you let me know, how he can play FIFA 18 on this Xbox.

Im Having sign in problems help....

When im trying to conect to my gametag profile and start conecting to xboxlive a error massage open and said im having sign in issues and can't connect to xboxlive can some one having the same problem? and how can i fix this issue.

First, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If that doesn't work then try deleting your gamertag, power cycle again and finally download the gamertag after the console starts back up.

 

please stop telling ppl to delete their gamertag off the console. yall are having issues with yalls servers i was asked to do that and i now cannot get my gamertag back on my console

We understand the issue!

One suggestion with this occurrence is to restart the console through the guide menu option.

The process for this is to

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   Note Pressing the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Restart console.
4. Select Yes to confirm.

Be sure to select Keep my Games and Apps.
