I cant log into my account

I want to log into my normal account, but cant contact support. It won't let me even log in using my phone number maybe because it's an Indian phone number. It says my account is now locked and the recovery request form says that the information provided wasn't sufficient. I don't know what to do.

Since you couldn't reset the password through the email listed in the security information you will need to submit an account recovery form here => Recover your account (live.com)

- Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button to hear a beep to turn on the console. - You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later.

- The power light will flash before the second beep.

- Do not release until the second triggering beep.

Observation. If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to keep both the Xbox button and the Link button, as the console does not have an Eject button.

I am very sorry about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

Aside from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

Sorry for the issue with signing in. Could you
Power cycle the console first to see if this clears it up. If that does not clear it up, I would recommend you to

remove and re-add your account.

*******Very important make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing from the console.**********
