I CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

Every time I try to log into my profile when im offline it automatically logs me out a few seconds later and says to sign in using a remote.. I have had my xbox over a year and this has never happened.. I have signed in with a connection before and then
disconnected but it still logged me out and said to use a remote to sign in.. the problem is I am already using the remote assigned to my account and it still says this.. Does anybody know how to fix that?

There is currently an issue affecting the ability to log in. Xbox is aware of the issue. Xbox Support on Twitter

i cant log into my account on one of my xbox ones it says to log into account.live.com sign in:0x800488FC please help don't know what this means ?

Hello Antonio,

Sorry for the issue with signing in. Could you
Power cycle the console first to see if this clears it up. If that does not clear it up, I would recommend you to

remove and re-add your account.

*******Very important make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing from the console.**********

Since you couldn't reset the password through the email listed in the security information you will need to submit an account recovery form here => Recover your account (live.com)

Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

- Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button to hear a beep to turn on the console. - You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later.

- The power light will flash before the second beep.

- Do not release until the second triggering beep.

Observation. If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to keep both the Xbox button and the Link button, as the console does not have an Eject button.
