Discus and support I cant log into my account and it gives me the error code of 0x80a4001a in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It wont let me **** log in and it is really pissing me off why would i give all this money to microsoft and they wont even let me log in it is a pile...     No trouble. Click the xbox button and choose setting. More than likely the accounts tab is chosen and in the second column there will be a option to remove accounts. Select it and choose your account. The system may timeout but its okay. If this happens,
    press the xbox button and you should not see the profile. If so, power cycle your xbox. When you turn it on, it should prompt you to enter your account email from a "black" not white screen. If this happens, you are set to go. Please note and important:
    you will be required to completed privacy setting again.

    My saved games are okay after re download profile.

    It's simple remove it from the settings and then login with your email and password and it works great again.
