I cant log into epic games with my xbox account

im having problems with my epic games account log in.I tryed re-installing and restarting my pc and nothing works.When i go to my epic games launcher and click sign in with xbox account it brings me to google

witch it always does but now its just a black screen.And this is what i see

I have gone to the Epic Games website, logged in using the Xbox link, used my xbl credentials, and it logs me in. However, under Accounts/Connections Xbox is not connected. When I click on connect, I get the message that this xbl account is associated
to another account. It's a never ending circle.

So to clarify. Its your Epic games account you are trying to recover and NOT your Xbox live profile correct?

If this is the case then the one and only people who have the capability of assisting would be Epic Games support.

Microsoft cannot help you with your Epic Games account.

If Epic games wont assist then unfortunately nothing else can be done.

I am logged in to one account but this account is not connected with xbox. If i want to connect these acounts, Epic Games write me that my xbox account is connected with another epic games account but i don´t know, with which account. My question is .. How can i found out which epic games account i am connected to?

Assuming its the epic games parent account and not the xbox parent account. If he could log into his epic games account (on a web browser) and find the actual email address that its asking for....

I don't have an account so I cant go do a test run, but thats the path I would start taking.
