    I cant log in


    Im trying to log into my xbox live account on epic game but when I try to log in it says i have to have a Authenticator code but I dont know where to get the code. I also tried all the other option but it didnt work for me. Please help me and thank you.

    I get the same thing. Xbox keeps telling me it cant log me in right now..try again later...that was 2 weeks now. Did you ever get it fixed?

    That code is related to the Microsoft autheticator app, when you set up 2 factor verification you're asked to download an autheticator app and set up your account there. After set it up the app always shows a 6 digit code every 30 seconds.

    if you're not able to enter it, you may need to recover your account.

    Please check first if you have a completed transaction for the game on your order history at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    If it says completed there, please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



    Solution 2: Do a factory reset



    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.
