I cant log in to the Xbox app on windows

If i would like to log in it says:

and if i click sign in a small window opens and closes itself instandly. Than nothing happens.

Cant sign into xbox app

I wanted to stream my Games from my Xbox One onto my PC, so I downloaded the Xbox App for Windows. Now the bad thing is that I cant log into the Xbox App. i can log i´nto my live Account on my Xbox and so on, but when I want to log into the Xbox App I always
get the Message: We cant sign you in at the Moment. Please try later. And i get the error code (0x409) 0x80070002.

Please is there any solution to my problem?

 

Xbox says its connected to the internet, but XBL isn't working

Same problem here as FummelOst. Cant connect to xbox live with either xbox one or app on windows 10, Also the Xbox one Smartglass seems to not wanna log in. When i log out from the account on Xbox one the store comes up but if and thats a big IF i can log
in again it dissapears. Nothing wrong with any internet connection.

Just to answer your question:

-Yes but it wont work

-No, it was my first time to try to use the xbox app

-Yes but the same problem.

The troubleshooter didnt find any problems it says all works perfekt.
