    trouble with loging in

    when i login to my account on xboxone i get instant log out i tried with another account it logs in but i cant open my main account i need help please what should i do?

    Xbox360 account problem on Xboxone

    i have a problem using my xbox360 account on my xboxone, when i try to play a 360 game on the One my account doesn't log in (in many cases the game freeze on the xbox360 logo)

    All the games that i have tried are playable on xboxone so i don't know where is the problem HELP! (im italian so sorry if bad english)

    No it wont sorry the xboxone controller is designed for the xboxone not for the 360. XBOXONE also cant play 360 games because its not backwards compatible.

    Question about the Xbox One.

    AS the XboxOne is not backwards compatible, I will be keeping my 360 console. But will still want to use my gamer tag.

    What is the best way of been able to use your gamer tag on both your new XboxOne and 360?

    I assume you will not be able to be logged in to your gamertag from either console at the same time.

    Will that completely get rid of the original email I used to create the account?

    Also if I can get this figured out, when I get the xboxone and want to switch my account over from 360 to xboxone will I need to have access to the email thats registered in my account?
