i can't log in to my xbox account.

It appears that you are currently logged in. In the top right hand corner, there is a profile picture. If that is a shared device, check that you’re logged out first, then try again. If that does not work, try clearing your browser cookies.

It is a Skype issue, but it is relevant since it is a Microsoft account in question. I hope This helps.

When i try to log in i log into another account instead of the one that im trying to log into. It seems that my microsoft account what interfered with since none of my prior payments are displayed even tho I have purchase confirmation on my email account

Search through the email addresses you own for emails from Microsoft or Xbox. That's usually a helpful way to figure out which email it's connected to. You can also look at your products and services to find which email is associated with the account. Check out this article:
