I can't log in to my profile

I can't log in to my profile. It's brings up the error code as this when I do. I've tried resetting and also checked the network which is fine. What do i do next please?

So your saying i log into my account at my mates put my tag as home on his account.
I then log into my account at home and I can play all my games away from home.
And then my mate can play my games at his house on his profile ?
I don't need to be signed in at his house ????

I can't log in to my account

I am trying to log in to my account. But then I have to type in the code for my microsoft account so I do that, and I know I am typing the right code beacuse I log in to it on my computer and on my computer the code works but on the xbox it dose not work.
Someone plz help me I can't log in to my own account and it makes me really sad beacuse I have spent money on this one.

Hi StalledMarlin10,

Sorry you're having problems with your Xbox profile. Can you please let us know what error you get when you try to login? A couple things to try without knowing the error code would be first doing a hard reset. To do this hold the power button down on the
Xbox for about 8-10 seconds until it just shuts off. After it's off turn it back on, and try to login. If that doesn't work then try removing your profile and adding it back.

Click here for the steps on how to remove your profile. To add it back, just go to the top left menu, and add a new account.

Hi Zeroice,

The issues began before I cancelled the subscriptions.

My son's still can't play shared games unless my profile is logged in

But if I'm logged in to one xbox, then it logs me out of the other xbox.

So both son's can't play at the same time, why can't they play these games from their profiles?

now it's Rise of Nightmares!! I'm logged in with my profile (offline) and it tells me that no profile is logged in so the game can't be saved!! I can't even continue my previous game! Please, please tell me how to fix this!

If you are playing games your friend owns on your account, you will need to set his account on your home xbox, to do this, log into your friends account and go over to settings. Then go to personalization and click home xbox, click make make this my home
xbox.

If what you mean is that you cant sign into any account then try doing a hard restart by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds then restart the console.

I am sorry to know about your issue; However, we have multiple detailed troubleshooting steps for this matter on the official Xbox website to help you take care of it. Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

I am not actually seeing anything about network settings..on my computer? I don't have a Mac and I don't know if that's what you meant by Mac. Sorry, I'm not really sure of where to do all of this.
