Thank you very much David, I was trying to solve it with the steps you gave me, and it kept telling me that I had an error in the connection, I contacted my internet company and in the end I had to do a factory reset on my WiFi router and adjust several settings inside from the router that they told me would improve my wifi speed and now everything seems to work perfectly, I'm happy to know that it was a problem with the internet and not with my console, thanks for the attention

i can't find the history of me buying the minecarft but it showed that i puchased realm in win10 version 2 months ago
