I cant log in to my Microsoft acount on Minecraft and forgot email

i cant log in to my acount

switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

So the gamertag isn't currently on your console, because if you can log-in on the Xbox the email will be displayed in the top right corner of the screen when you're on the dashboard.

If you can't log-in then I think your only option will be to call Xbox phone support and prove you own the account through other means such as a credit/debit card that might have been on there etc.

But i can sing-in, it just shows my xbox game pass minecraft account. But when i logged in with the my email before i changed my primary email to a different one, i couldn't log in, and when i tried to change the password thinking i forgot my password, i didn't recieve a change password email.

And when i tried to login through microsoft in the minecraft.net, it logged in to an account with a similar nickname of my previous account, but it got added random numbers at the end, and when i checked if i have minecraft i didn't have it.
