I can’t log in to My console

An endless download writes the entrance from the guide, I click to enter from the guide then the download goes on and so on forever. What should I do?

there were some issues in the Xbox Live services in the last hours, but now it seems that all is working fine. I suggest you perform a power cycle ( https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console )
and retry

Although i wouldn’t outright suggest this in most circumstances regarding a problem during log in, if Thor’s answer didn’t work try hard cycling and go from there.

it may be because of an xbox live error if the problems follow maybe you should restart from manufacture your xbox or redownload the profile on it

If Thorx360 answer didnt work, try presing 7 seconds the power button on your xbox one, that help me one time with that problem.
