I can’t log in to my account and it tells me to fix it on the website I did that still not...

This is happening on the microsoft website and it would tell me to go fix the problem when i would try to log into my xbox account which isn't possible if it doesn't let me in.

I went to the website and logged into my account and I can’t find where I need to register my account.

I did this and it didn’t work I still can’t see his games. My question was does he have to log onto my account and do that for it to work

It says that phone calls and chat do not apply for my lind of issue, and the solutions they present include logging in to the mail, thing I can’t do because everytime I try to log-in to said account it tells me that it’s going to send an email to some back-up accounts that have been created by the hacker, so I can’t log in. Maybe I can contact the xbox support telling them I hace another type of problem and then revealing what is really happening to me?

Its not limited to my account or my console. I go on the xbox website on my phone or pc and the same advertisements are still there. I log into my account and still tells me I can sign up for it. I do not have a game pass currently and there is no active
game pass on my console from any account.
