I can't log in to live again.

I can't log in to Xbox live again.

This first started happening when Microsoft was hacked.

Last time it happened, Microsoft wanted me to contact my internet provider and get them to change some of their settings. I changed to a more expensive provider to get around the problem. I have since returned to the old provider because, I found Microsoft
seemed to have got their act together and fixed the issue. I was running two ISP's at the time. Both of them had new problems, with dropouts from live ever since the hacking. This however was tolerable.

As of last week, the problem has returned. Again there have been no changes in any of my hardware or settings.

I know if I contact Microsoft again, it will result in them suggesting changes for my ISP to make. It seems that whenever Microsoft has a problem, the world has to change to fix it for them. I was using a friends PS3 when Sony was originally hacked. They
were down for nearly a week. But no such dramas occurred with them. It's about time I updated my two 360's to either an Xbox one or a PS4. Seeing as how I can't even log in to renew my membership on live (I can on my PC but what is the point of that?), Microsoft
are starting to make it an easy choice. I would like to remain with Microsoft as I have many games, and I currently have every tank in World Of Tanks in my garage. This game will maintain the garage to the Xbox 1, and this is something few players have achieved.
I also have a full friends list, some of whom(the old dogs clan), I've played with for 5 years. However, I just can't log in, and I'm sick of Microsoft's idea of fixing things is to make me run around and do things. I'm currently typing this on my laptop using
the internet, that the Xbox 360 reports, no connectivity to the internet. Even though it shows Xbox status is all up after failing the test. Both my 360 consoles do this.

If this isn't fixed soon... It's syanara live, hello PS4.

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Just logged out of my live and retried Netflix says I need to log into Xbox live ? Do you all have home option selected on one Xbox or something

I have a password logging on my live account but that should not matter

And yes Netflix asks to sign into live when I try to use it. I have tried to remove Netflix signed out of live and tried to reinstall it but again asks to sing into live
