I Can't Log In, Either!

Discus and support I Can't Log In, Either! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to contact "support" but the chat claimed it wasn't for Bingo and wanted to transfer the chat.     I Can't Log In, Either!


    I tried to contact "support" but the chat claimed it wasn't for Bingo and wanted to transfer the chat. Why have us go through all this when it clearly says it's THEIR server?? And, YES, the last time this issue occurred, we were rewarded with extra coins
    and tokens, so that SHOULD happen. As to our DAILY, that's another story... I Can't Log In, Either! :(

    We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion, but can you clarify what you mean "Is there a way to refund the older account 'Xxx79' and tie the newer account 'Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx' to my current email?" When you say "REFUND" do you mean the games you purchase on this account?

    Okay? Well as I said the credentials are never gonna be the same, I used to login with the username, Xxxxxxxxxxxx and my email which is my microsoft login is cross-tied to an older account along with my mother's email

    Is there a way to refund the older account 'Xxx79' and tie the newer account 'Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx' to my current email? Also no, I cannot properly log in anymore, I've ended up with a whole other account username called 'WeirdoWhisperer1' since WeirdoWhisperer was taken by me and idk what email, if any, it's tied to
