I can't load cold war

I have also uninstalled cold war and installed cold war twice

I don't play Cold War so I am going by what I have read online just now:

Have you tried going into Cold War, setting it into Offline Play, then quitting the game and loading back in with the guest profile? It sounds like you are loading the guest profile but the game is sensing it's in online mode, thus kicking the guest account out as it would need a LG enabled account

I preordered black ops cold war and it worked for like a month. Then when i went in it said i had to pay again. I tried everything but nothing worked. Please fix this i am not gonna pay another $60

I own the digital game of black iops cold war. it was working fine about an hour ago and now all the sudden it will not load. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not loading. It goes

im having th same problem with Cold War, keeps giving me some code but I can't find the code for help :/

Afraid not - I've just decided to not play Cold War until I hear of a fix.

I've played other games for hours with no issue, but every time I load up Cold War it ends the same way - with the Series X console shutting down after about 10 mins.

I have no idea if it is a software or hardware issue, but I see it is pretty common so will eagerly await a statement from MS or Treyarch.
